Everything on site is built around an easy beachside stay, from the pool and the bar to practical services such as laundry, luggage storage and meeting space.
Pool, beach and outdoors
The outdoor pool is open to all guests, with pool umbrellas, sun loungers and a poolside swim-up bar. The property is on the beach, and beach towels, a garden and a shaded terrace are available throughout your stay. There is no elevator, as the building has only two floors.
Food and drink
The poolside bar serves cold drinks and cocktails through the day, the on-site restaurant offers authentic Mexican cooking alongside classic favourites, and limited room service is available if you prefer to eat in your room.
Parking, internet and everyday services
Free self parking is available on site and free WiFi covers the public areas. A 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, a safe at the front desk, a gift shop, laundry facilities, daily housekeeping, dry cleaning and laundry service, and tour and ticket assistance are all part of the stay.
Work, meetings and celebrations
The hotel has a computer station, meeting rooms and a ballroom, making it a practical base for business travellers visiting the World Trade Center Veracruz and for family celebrations. A TV is available in the common areas and staff speak Spanish and English.
Families and pets
Children are welcome, the pool and laundry facilities make family stays simple, and one dog or cat of up to 15 kg stays free in selected pet-friendly rooms on request. Rollaway beds and cribs are not available, and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
